Painting the West Coast of Norway

Brian S. Wallace was born in Boston USA in 1963. Since 1992 he has lived in Haugesund, on Norways West Coast, where he has established himself with a studio and gallery in the town center. He has studied in the Fine Arts program at the Art Institute of Boston majoring in Oil Painting. Since moving to Norway his work has become known for it's depiction of the special light, clear colors, and special landscape of the coastal region. His work is exhibited in galleries as well as group and solo exhibitions, and he has been a featured artist at numerous festivals in the region throughout the years.
